JJ Rahnamoon is native to Charleston, raised in the heart of downtown. He began working in his family’s restaurant at an early age, which helped build the dedicated work ethic he has today. Although the family restaurant is still flourishing after 40 years, JJ decided he wanted to pursue a career of his own as a Real Estate agent in Charleston, SC. His deep rooted knowledge of the city & desire to help others has made the transition from hospitality to the real estate industry seamless.

Trio, Charleston’s dance club and lounge has a new owner, a million-dollar renovation and a lineup of internationally recognized DJs.

Among its upgrades are a high-tech light and video system and all-DAS Audio speakers, including acting as a “proving ground” for DAS’ forthcoming E11EVEN Sound loudspeakers.

Miami-based AV design/integration firm iDesign was contracted to deploy Trio’s new sound systems. Company owner/lead designer Michael Meacham worked with DAS Audio’s John Fiorito on the project.

Founded by husband and wife team, Scott and Sara Gayle McConnell, Tradesman opened as the first brewery on James Island in April 2014 and became part of the growing Charleston beer community. Scott and Sara Gayle had extensive home brewing experience, which fueled their dream of starting their own commercial brewery.  Co-Owner Chris Winn joined the team in January of 2015 with years of brewery experience and a love of local beer. 

Eliza Limehouse is an entrepreneur, socialite and reality tv personality.  She founded Snaffle Bit Bracelet Co in high school before attending Clemson. After graduating she returned home to Charleston to work in the family business, Limehouse Properties and build Plantation Candles. She is a passionate animal advocate and lover of horses and dogs. LeeAnn is an experienced Charleston, SC photographer of people, places + things. She created the brand Chucktown Art with intent to honor this beautiful gem we call home (a.k.a. vacationland), after moving from Minneapolis to Folly Beach in 2016. Chucktown Art specializes in photography sessions of all kinds, from family portraits and corporate headshots to real estate and product photography. When she's not running around working photography sessions downtown, LeeAnn chases sunsets on the beach and loves to capture the beauty that is Charleston. Chucktown Art was named one of the top 20 local Instagram accounts to follow by CHS Today, has had work featured on Live5News, in Charleston Magazine, and published in USA Today (twice!).

LeeAnn is currently working on building a second business in Charleston (called Jōy-ist) that will focus on kombucha brewing along with a lifestyle blog, and social media consulting. Watch for Jōy-ist Kombucha to debut at local farmer's markets in late spring/early summer of 2020! 

Matt believes that anyone can build a better business and live a better life at the same time. It does not matter where you are now or what you are currently doing, you have the opportunity to put yourself on the path towards success. He's learned a lot in his professional career which ranges from Wall Street to Main Street, but the most important thing he's learned is that we should never wait to set ourselves in the right direction to achieve our vision.

Matt's current areas of expertise are natural gas vehicles and real estate. He is co-founder of Adsorbed Natural Gas Products, Inc. where they are developing on-board, low-pressure adsorbed natural gas storage technology to bring affordable, clean energy to the automotive world. He is  also a real estate business coach with Ninja Coaching where he connects with all different people looking to grow their own business while maintaining an enjoyable lifestyle.
